Welcome to T-Networking Lab!
We conduct research on systems design that fundamentally improves the performance, security, availability, and reliability of networked computing systems. Our mission is to explore novel design principles that allow the networked systems to be highly scalable, flexible, secure, inexpensive, and easy to manage, and to prove the effectiveness of new proposals through real-world system implementation and evaluation.
Why ‘T’ in T-networking? T is supposed to mean “transcendent” as we hope our research effort will help us overcome current impasses in systems design. However, it can mean “thunderbolt”, “terrific”, or even “terabit”, depending on what you like better.
Looking for student researchers
If you’re interested in the computer systems and/or networked systems research that TNET conducts, please feel free to contact KyoungSoo Park by email or drop by his office (302-329 or 38-207) if you are around Seoul National University. We’ll be happy to discuss any crazy ideas that might change the computing world.
